Your own FREE booking app. No-shows, covered.
Clients book in your name, pay a deposit and leave a card on file. If they don't turn up, you charge your fee in one tap. Aftiva Lite is free for you: we take 0.99% only when a client pays online.

An empty treatment room is the most expensive thing in your clinic.
A 90-minute hot stone massage that doesn't turn up is a lost afternoon. Aftiva Lite makes your policy part of every booking, so charging for it is routine, not awkward.
Deposits your way
A percentage, a fixed amount or the full price. Ask new clients only, or set it per treatment, so a spa day carries a bigger deposit than a brow tint.
Card on file, held by Stripe
Clients save a card when they book. You never see or store the number, and you can take the balance at the end without a card machine.
One tap when they don't show
Late cancellation and no-show fees come off the deposit first, then the card. Clients agreed to your policy when they booked, and it's in every confirmation.
Built for long, careful treatments.
Each therapist gets their own diary and hours. Prices can differ by who's doing the treatment, skin tests are tracked, consultation forms arrive before the visit, and the team's notes stay with the team.

A diary per therapist
Day and week views, side-by-side columns, breaks and time off. Clients only see times the right person can do.

Checkout without a machine
The deposit comes off, add products and a tip, and charge the saved card. Or take it on your own card machine, free.

Your takings in one place
What clients paid in the app and on your own card machine, with no-show fees recovered. Stripe pays out straight to your bank.
Fills your diary while you work.
Every clinic gets these from day one, sent in your name by WhatsApp, text or email. Turn any of them off under More if you'd rather not.
By email and text, with your cancellation policy and any consultation or consent forms to fill in.
Sent before your cancellation cut-off, so a cancelled time can still be filled.
An extra reminder on the day. Off to start with, as it uses more texts; turn it on if you like.
A thank-you, with a link to book the next one.
A nudge when a client's usual gap runs out and they haven't booked.
The time is offered to up to 10 clients who are due back. First to book gets it.
To clients who haven't been in for a while, with an offer if you like, such as 10% off this week.
Aftercare the day after a facial, what to bring before a spa day, a review request. Write it once and it's sent for you. Change our wording too.
- App notification first (free), then WhatsApp, then a text.
- Never between 9pm and 8am.
- Offers only go to clients happy to get them, at most one a week, and never to anyone already booked.

Forms done before they arrive. Questions answered while you work.
The safety checks you need, without the clipboard. And an assistant that answers the questions clients would otherwise ring about.
- Consultation and consent forms go out with the booking. Ready-made ones for massage, skin, and lashes and brows, or write your own.
- Anything that needs a second look is flagged on the booking, so the therapist sees it before they start.
- The AI receptionist answers everyday questions by text and in the app: prices, parking, what to wear, how long a treatment takes.
Free to use. We earn only when you're paid online.
No monthly fee, no charge per therapist, and no commission for "finding" clients who were already yours. The AI receptionist answers 100 questions a month free. Your own card machine and cash stay free, and so do your first 200 WhatsApps and texts each month.
on deposits, full payments upfront, card-on-file charges, payment links, no-show fees and tips taken online. No VAT on top. Refund a client and we refund our fee too. Stripe's card fee is separate.

Messages after the free 200 come from credit you top up (£10, £25 or £50), and it never expires. Message prices follow what WhatsApp and the phone networks charge us, plus 1.5p. AI receptionist answers after the free 100 come from the same credit. Competitor terms are taken from each company's own pricing pages in October 2026 and can change. Fresha and Booksy list monthly prices in US dollars and by plan; check their sites for current UK figures.
Two apps, one standard.
Aftiva Lite is Aftiva's clinic software without the medical side. Same care, same quiet design, made for treatments that don't need a prescriber.

- Automatic messages, inbox and AI receptionist
For medical aesthetics clinics doing prescription treatments.

- Prescriber sign-off and batch numbers
The things clinic owners ask first.
Is it really free?
Yes. There's no monthly fee, set-up fee or charge per therapist. Aftiva Lite earns 0.99% of payments clients make online, like deposits and no-show fees, with no VAT on top. If a client pays on your own card machine or in cash, we earn nothing. If you refund a client, we refund our fee too.
What do messages cost?
Every month, your first 200 WhatsApps and texts are free, and that includes automatic reminders. After that, each one costs what WhatsApp or the phone network charges us, plus 1.5p. Today that's 3.5p for a WhatsApp reminder, 6.6p for an offer and 5.7p for a text, taken from credit you top up. App notifications and email are always free, and the app always uses the cheapest way to reach each client.
What's the difference between Aftiva and Aftiva Lite?
Aftiva is for medical aesthetics clinics and includes the medical side: face maps, aftercare check-ins, a complications log and prescriber sign-off. Aftiva Lite leaves those out, so it's simpler for spas and beauty clinics. If you start offering prescription treatments, you can move up to Aftiva.
Does the AI receptionist cost extra?
Your first 100 answers each month are free. After that, each answer is 2p, from the same credit as your messages. It answers clients' everyday questions by text and in the app, using your prices, opening hours and policies, and passes anything else to your team.
Can clients pay in full when they book?
Yes, if you allow it. They choose between your deposit and paying the whole price, and you can offer a discount for paying upfront, applied for them. It isn't offered on "from" prices, as the final price isn't known until the visit.
Who holds the money?
Stripe, one of the world's largest payment providers. Payments go into your own Stripe account and are paid out to your bank. Aftiva Lite never holds your money or sees card numbers.
Do my clients have to download an app?
No. They can book from your link on Instagram or your website, or add your app to their phone's home screen. It carries your name, not ours.
Do I need to give up my card machine?
No. Keep using it. Record those payments in Aftiva Lite so your takings add up, with no fee from us on them.
Who's behind Aftiva Lite?
Courtmark Ltd, the UK company behind Aftiva, the clinic software for medical aesthetics. Aftiva and Aftiva Lite are trading names of Courtmark Ltd.
Fill the diary. Keep what you earn.
Set up your treatments, your team and your policy, and share your booking link the same day.
